You are to prepare a six (6) minute oral presentation on a section approved by the instructor from chapters 22-24 of the text. The presentation must be focused and to the point in order to present the material in the time allotted.
A concept outline of the concept that you are presenting will be due at the time of the presentation. The main concept of the presentation will need to be clearly in mind to do this. It is often found that the hardest part of the presentation is identifying the main concept. This outline will be part of the presentation grade.
At the time of the presentation an exam question, and the answer to the exam question will also be due. The concept outline should be given to the instructor before the presentation begins. Concept outlines on the class homepage has more information about the required outline. Click on grading criteria on the class homepage for information about how the presentation will be graded.
The selection of topics will be on a first come, first served basis. A sign-up sheet will be kept by the instructor and it will be the official list.
